In 2005, Capital Securities conducted a regional business and economic assessment across Germany and identified key regions for investment. This investment strategy is centred on two key sectors – Retail Food and Health. In 2006 we committed €30m under management in German Commercial funds.

Capital Securities Corporation was one of the first Irish investment firms to identify the potential for investment in Germany within a market that had suffered a downturn from 2001 – 2005. Our economic outlook as projected in 2005 has proved accurate and robust in the interim.

Our investment strategy in the US is focused on the area of commercial hotels and leisure.

Our domestic investment strategy in centred on future sustainable sectors such as Health, Renewable Energy, Food and Biosciences.
